SACS has two hostels which can accommodate 130 boarders: 45 juniors live at Michaelis House, previously the Manor House of the Montebello Estate, and 85 seniors live in Rosedale House, which was built in 1959 and is named after the hostel on the Orange Street Campus.

The boys live in comfortable dormitories, bringing in their own possessions to add personality and warmth to the rooms. More senior boys have the privilege of sharing a room with only one or two others. The kitchen staff provides tasty, nourishing and well-balanced meals. In their free time, boys have access to television and video facilities, games rooms, as well as the beautiful, spacious grounds for their sporting and leisure activities.
